Spacetron Metal Bellows is a provider of precision-welded titanium structures for the aerospace industry. In the pictures below, these structures vary in thicknesses from 0.125" to 1.00" and the material used was 6AL4V titanium. The NDT requirements for these structures included ultrasonics, fluorescent penetrant, and radiographic inspection. All gas tunsten arc welding (GTAW) was performed in a Spacetron Vacuum Chamber and met all of these requirements.
